3 1/2 c. flour
3 T. sugar
2 t. yeast
1 t. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
Directions:
1. In a pan, add water, milk and butter. Heat slowly until the butter is melted.
2. In bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
3. Make sure the liquid mixture is a colder luke warm. Add to dry ingred.
4. Mix until dough is formed, add flour until the correct consistency is reached. (dough should immediately rebound when you stick your finger in it.)
5. Divide into 24 rolls
6. Let rise for 30-45 min
7. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
